Today at Juma, sumthing happened to me, which never happened before. My left knee joint was killing me.  After a short while i felt OK.

Not sure if its divine intervention telling me not to run or something.

-"Khudi" is the philosophical concept that Iqbal talks about a lot. It can be translated as "Selflessness" or what is called "Egoism".

Running on the King Highway!

Once upon a time, you had the kings knights riding up and down the Kings Highway.  But on a cold morning of Saturday 4th February, me and a very good friend of mine - Waseem Shiraz, who come from London visiting his family talked me into going for an early morning run.  How the hell did he manage that?  It was forcasted for heavy snow, across Europe you had the deep freeze, with tempertures falling -30 degrees and heavy snow!!!

London Marathon 2012

Im no Mo Farah or Dean Karnazes but i want to give my best at the London Marathon 2012.  If i give my 100%, for myself im a gold medalist regardless what place i finish in the race.
